San Diego nonprofit creating diversity in tech industry

Diversity is a rare sight in the industry, as the nonprofit "Creating Coding Careers" says African-Americans make up fewer than 2% of software engineers. Former software engineer Mike Roberts says that lack of diversity can have a big impact on younger people trying to get into tech.
