Feds raise interest rates .25 which sent QQQ and SPY moving up Was it time for call options?

I said if the Feds kept the interest rate hike at .25 it could rally the market QQQ and SPY started to move upwards after the announcement so of course I bought some QQQ and SPY call options AMC and APE movement has nothing to do with market conditions just criminality by bad actors
