Workout:

30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce 1/4 lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce 1 lb rope
30 seconds - push ups
30 seconds - jump rope run in place 1/4 lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce 1 lb rope
30 seconds - air squats
30 seconds - jump rope side straddle 1/4 lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope side straddle 1 lb rope
30 seconds - front lunges
30 seconds - jump rope feet front to back 1/4 lb rope

(Rest 10 seconds between exercises)
(rest 1 minute after each set)
(Repeat for 3 sets total)
