30 sec - Jump Squats
30 sec - Jump rope criss cross (with pauses in between)
30 sec - Glute bridge
30 sec - Jump rope criss cross backwards (or boxer skip)
30 sec - Plank

Complete circuit 4-6x
Rest 10 sec between exercises
Rest 1 min between circuits
