2-3 Carrots Shredded
8oz Milk
1-2oz Rasin soak in warm water or juice
2-Tablespoon of Cinnamon
1-Teaspoon Nutmeg
4- Medium Eggs
1- Cup of Brown Sugar
2-Tablespoon of Vanilla Flavoring
1- Stick of Melted Butter
1-Package of Soft Cream Cheese
1- Cup of Sour Cream
Mix melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla flavoring and stir to combine
Mix 2 cups of self-rising flour cinnamon, and nutmeg. Combine wet ingredients with dry. Lightly sprinkle shredded carrots and raisins and stir into the batter
Oil 2 9' baking pans. Cook at 300 for 25 to 30 minutes check after 20 min
