39 year old William Conte was arrested for criminal mischief and harassment for pushing a 12 year old to the ground and smashing his phone while protecting his wife and children from older children in neighborhood that keep causing problems

He didn't get beat up and was even helped back to his feet, Make no mistake, these are CHILDREN and I only say "young adults" in the title because according to the article this is an ongoing problem with these "children" that want to cause problems with "adults" like they themselves are at that age but don't want to face any consequences for their actions claiming they are just "children being children" and the "adults" don't have a "say in it", not too far into the future these won't be "children" anymore, then what ?

No mention of any investigations of the children or parents of said children to figure out a way to get them to stop causing problems with other people including adults which would prevent anything worse happening to them due to their actions
