The iconic H&K G36 was a direct conception from the reunification of East and West Germany in the 90's. On paper, the 3x dual optic Hensoldt Wetzlar on the paper-light polymer rifle was a winning ticket and what would lead the next generation of main service rifles for all... but is it?

So 30 years later, Tommybuilt Tactical manufactures G36 clones in lieu of the factory HK rifles with original parts and attention to detail. We take one of these Bundeswehr G36 clones onto the course and investigate.

**This rifle is constructed with a majority Germany parts, only the 922R parts are used: Hammer/Trigger/Sear/trunnion/ gas piston, so it is a good representation of the Bundeswehr standard issued rifle**
