‘Dina resign now!’: Violence erupts as protesters rally in Peru

Clashes broke out as hundreds of protesters took to the streets in Lima after the Peruvian Congress failed to agree on a snap elections plan for the third time in a week amid ongoing unrest.
Violent protests have been rocking Peru for several months already with people demanding the resignation of country’s President Dina Boluarte.
