This is Tetegu, a community found in the capital of Ghana Accra, There is a yearly flooding situation and sometimes it gets extreme, many times human lives are lost but who cares? No one. In this part of the world, the poor have no right to proper living. This situation is manageable but the government simply doesn't care.
