1 min - plank
30 sec - jump rope run in place - ½ lb rope
1 min - push ups
30 sec - jump rope high knees - ½ lb rope
1 min - air squats + jump squats
30 sec - jump rope boxer skip - ½ lb rope
1 min - side planks
30 sec - jump rope running man - ½ lb rope
1 min - lunges +jumping lunges
30 sec - jump rope side straddle - ½ lb rope
1 min - tricep push ups
-Rest 10 seconds between exercises
