This quick 4-minute workout routine hits all the major muscle groups and is designed to give you a more athletic and toned look. This is a very effective workout for those just starting out or anyone who is short on time.

This workout focuses on increasing your total body strength. Your arms, chest, shoulders, back and abs will thank you later=)

This is my shortest, 4-minute quick workout that is more of a pre-workout routine. The warm-up should be timed to get you ready for the exercises and the stretch at the end will help you cool down. I tried to maximize the effectiveness of your workout by alternating between exercises that work multiple muscle groups and single muscle group exercises.
