We all have beliefs, and we appraise ourselves and the world around us through those beliefs. We also have thinking habits, some of which can be negative at times. During this livestream I'll outline some simple ways to recognise common unhelpful thinking habits and beliefs, how and why we react the way we do to certain triggers and share some simple exercises to help restructure and reframe them.
