Stay in Shape Off Grid! Back, Core, and Cardio Workout

In todays workout, I did a 15 minute abs workout following a great step by step video by Fraser Wilson, here is a link to that video:

Then, I spent 30 minutes doing a dumbbell focused Back and Bicep workout in my off grid cabin in the woods. I did a combination of Pullups, Bent Over Rows, Back Flys, and Bicep Curls.

To finish, I ran to the top of a nearby hill via logging roads for a total distance of just over 4 miles. This provided a great leg and cardio exercise.

I hope this workout provides a template for others to follow in order to help them stay in shape while living an off grid lifestyle.
