Former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen claimed that a victory for Russia in the Ukraine conflict would send a 'dangerous signal', as he addressed a joint meeting of the European Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee and the Subcommittee on Security and Defence in Brussels on Tuesday.
