WATCH: ANC calls for declaration of state of disaster over Eskom crisis

South Africa- Johannesburg- ANC legotla report back. 31 January 2023. The SG of the ANC Fikile Mbalula gives a report back from the ANC meeting that was held over the last 3 days. They have resolved that loadshedding is a national disaster that can be dealt with by the end of 2023 if it is treated as a national disaster like Covid and the floods last year.
