HUGE shrimp Po' Boy 🍤

Shrimp Po' boy is great sandwich and super easy to make. You can batter fry, pan fry, or cook your shrimp on the grill to make a great sandwich. I use french bread toasted on the grill, sliced tomatoes on the bottom, large shrimp cooked over wood charcoal, and a coleslaw on top and slice into sections.
