TRAIN WASH: Passenger Uses Fire Hose To Give Underground A Rinse

This is the moment a person waters the electric train at the Alekseevskaya metro station on Moscow's Kaluzhsko-Rizhsko line.

The video shows the "firefighter at heart" activating the fire valve and wetting the floor and the electric train while passengers are there. He then shuts off the water and runs away.

The offender of public order was apprehended by police officers from the Internal Affairs Directorate on the Moscow Metro and transported to the police station as soon as possible.

He couldn't explain his motivations.

"The Ostankinsky District Court in Moscow condemned him to administrative detention for ten days," said Irina Volk, an official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
