Anxiety can come up anywhere at any time.
This is a great quick fix to get that overwhelming feeling calmed down and lets you breathe.
It doesn't matter what numbers you say, just start saying numbers (out loud is best if you can, but it doesn't have to be).
Keep counting until the energy releases a bit and you can take a deep breath.
Then take a few deep breaths.
Repeat if you need to!!!
