High Bar Squats Vs Low Bar Squats
Comparing two of my favourite variations of the squat, High Bar Squats Vs Low Bar Squats.
The answer of which of these two exercises is better really relies on individual preference, and the goals of an individual. High birth squads will have more direct, transfer into bodybuilding and Olympic weightlifting. The low bars squat will be more beneficial for maximum strength training athletes, like powerlifters. Both are great exercises and I like to utilize both of them in my training regiment, but my preference for myself is high bar squats. I like doing low bar more but my style of training is bodybuilding and Olympic weightlifting (after I recover from 3 pec surgeries)
