3 cloves garlic
1 jalapeño diced w/o seeds
1 medium onion diced
3 tbs chilli powder
3 tbs all purpose flour
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
8 oz tomato sauce
2 cups chicken broth
2 tbs olive oil (and extra to brush tortillas)
