4 beautiful oranges ( without seeds )
1” fresh ginger

It definitely won’t cure your seasonal depression but a bit of colour and freshness could bring you a sparkle of happiness ✨

Tips / suggestions for the recipe:

• blend in a high speed blender, if it’s not moving well then add 1/4 cup of water.
• blend for 1-2 minutes
• if you’re a “no pulp” person then run the mixture through a nut milk bag and squeeze until no more juice comes out OR a fine mesh strainer and use the back of a spoon to press the juice out of the mixture
• enjoy in a pretty cup and if the sun is shining, go outside!
