BMP Terminator barrels shaking?

You can read my paper about the Battle of Grozny here:

The BMP Terminator was designed as an urban infantry support weapon. During the Battle of Grozny, BMPs could not elevate to hit Chechen positions in high floors, so precious time was lost finding ZSU-23-4 Shilka air defense guns that could elevate high enough to hit urban targets.

The barrel shaking may be intentional, or it may be bad design. If it is a flaw, it could theoretically be fixed by offsetting the barrels, moving the muzzle breaks to vertical or timing them to fire when the other is recoiling.
