Search every senior officials' homes for classified docs after Biden, Trump now Pence?

Trump, then Biden, now Pence have been found with classified documents he shouldn’t have had in a growing classified document scandal.

Over 4 million people have security clearances and roughly 50 million documents are classified each year. How much classified material is being mishandled? If Presidents and Vice Presidents are mishandling classified info, is this a rampant widespread problem?
