Time for a sloppy drum lesson

This Sticking pattern was named "Two peas in a pod" by Buddy Rich and Jim Chapmen who both studied under the direction of George Stone.
What I like about this exercise is it gives both the right and left hands a chance to switch up the lead roll. Using the paradiddle and a 1/2 sand witched between 2 paradiddle diddles.
Be sure to accent the single strokes and you may move the accents around the phrase as you wish.
