Info from Licensor: "Cameron and Caden begged Cam’s mom, Samantha, to bring home McDonalds from a grocery shopping trip. Samantha had watched quite a few similar videos of kids being pranked and decided to try her hand at it with the boys. She purchased mozzarella cheese balls and told the boys she’d bring them home McDonald's if they did her a favor. She convinced them that she purchased goat testicles and all they had to do was each eat one for $200 each. Jim recorded while Samantha convinced the kids to try the mozzarella balls. They both believed what they were eating was taken right from a goat, gagging and choking them down. They finished the cheese and finally Samantha told them what it was. They all got a good laugh!"
