Yin Yoga With The Bolster (60 Minute Flow)

Namaste everyone. My name is Sean and today we'll be practicing yoga for one hour with the bolster. Throughout our practice, we will be observing a 4,4, 2 split where we'll be doing one pose for 4 minutes, a second pose for 4 minutes, and then a rebound for 2 minutes. We'll also be dedicating this next hour to ourselves, to really listen deeply within to connect with our body and our mind. I hope you enjoy!
