If APE is delisted and not trading after 3/14 what happens to APE shares if vote is No?

The release by AMC needs further clarification first you can’t vote yes on one thing and no on the other which I think is a way to manipulate our vote Then they said APE will stop trading on 3/14 If the vote is No and APE not allowed to be traded what happens to our APE shares do they go down to 0 value are they delisted?
