maybe not break your phone but be more aware of the threshold it has over you *ideally break your phone
...since you've forgotten that there are other things to do
this is just how human beings are wired (these days anyway)

they don't realize that they have a choice every single time
say it outloud or say it to a crowd (i say it to myself and to the Lord)
