Chicken Soft Tacos

Crockpot Chicken Soft Tacos - Hat tip to my good friend Emily for this recipe! We used to make a huge pot of these for parties. I sure do miss those days. They are so easy for entertaining or for those days when you know you won't have time to cook or will just be out of the house all day. I hope you enjoy them! Y'all go make you some!

3 - 6 Large frozen chicken breasts
24 oz jar chunky salsa
flour tortillas
optional sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese

Place frozen chicken breasts in a slow cooker and cover with salsa. Cook on low for about 6 hours. Shred chicken and cook for another 30 minutes. Strain to remove some of the juices. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
