I had a minor mix up of my terminology in the video. Standard Deviation refers to the average of the difference in velocities while "extreme spread" is the difference between the highest and lowest velocities. An extreme spread of 50-100 is considered acceptable, while the SD should be as low as possible. The average velocity is calculated by adding the velocities together and dividing by the number of shots in the string.
