Passive Jet Heat Sink

Input area is smaller causing directional heated cold air flow to the jet heat sink output larger area, passively cooling the heatsink by the dissipated heat power, also distance between heat sink fins is determined by the boundary layer friction, same as in the tesla turbine with very close discs. heat pipes and other cooling chip socket structures can be attached suitably.
