For foreigner, leaving Vietnam for the Chinese New Year holiday, is usually the best plan. You have to make your plans early, because the closer you get to the beginning of Tet, the more difficult and expensive it gets to make your escape. We were sure happy that our friend Jeff came to Subic for the holiday.
