In this video, we test out AR550 Level III+ armor plates from Spartan Armor Systems/ The Target Man, LLC. Level III+ armor plates are designed to defeat high-velocity threats at point-blank ranges i.e. 5.56X45mm NATO loads at velocities over 3000fps. We put the plates to the test and see what they can handle from CQB ranges of 10-12 ft. We also throw in a wild card round so you'll want to stick around and see what happens with that.
