The Case for Intelligent Design

When I was still an Atheist, which is what our Sovietized education system and popular culture is designed to produce, I saw planet Earth as being one of probably billions of planets just like it all over the universe. I saw the Sun as being just an average undistinguished star. When I looked up at the stars at night, I would always think to myself that that there must be millions and millions of advanced civilizations out there. I thought there was nothing special about our situation here in the cosmos.
...
However, as I got older and wiser, and delved deeper and deeper into the sciences of Cosmology, Biology, Geology, Mathematics, and other areas of inquiry, I found that what I discovered is not consistent with what we are being taught about the origin of the universe and all life within it. I found that these questions simply cannot be answered in terms of the "survival of the fittest" and "unguided mutation." that Darwin's Theory of Evolution proposes, nor by the standard Big Bang Theory that Atheistic Cosmologists propose for the creation and fine tuning of our universe.
...
In fact, the more one studies science, the less likely plausible these theories become, and the more likely it appears that the universe we inhabit, and everything contained within it, was designed by some supreme intelligence which predates and transcends time and space as we know it. In fact, no other reasonable explanation is even possible.
