There is often an emotional attachment with finances and it’s at times deemed as a taboo type of subject. This is where it’s important to establish decision making factors. There are some questions you should ask yourself:

What is most important?
How much risk am I willing to take?
How much return are you potentially looking for?

Of course, there are many factors and root causes that come into play. It’s hard; it's’ a challenge yet setting boundaries and working together toward a budget is a plan that everyone should be taking. Yes; the word budget is not a pleasant word. As Candice emphasized, uncover the why.

Candice emphasized that you have to start somewhere; start today! Even if it’s setting aside $50 automatically to go into your savings account each week when you receive your paycheck, that’s a start! For some, it may be something as simple as literally going through your checkbook to see where you are spending your money. You might just be shocked where your money is going!
