CHRISTMAS SPECIAL: Fun Times With The Children of Bahay Aurora (Baras, Rizal)

We visited the children at Bahay Aurora in Baras, Rizal and had such an amazing day doing activities with them. The foundation which is located in Rizal, Philippines offers shelter to homeless children.
The first agenda we had for the children was a presentation by Meg Imperial, as she serenaded the children with Tagalog songs.
For the next activity, we had the children separated into groups. Each group had to create a Christmas artwork from any materials that were available. It was nice seeing the children really put a lot of effort into their artwork. After creating the artwork, the children had to explain what they made to the panel of judges.
It was a heartwarming experience listening to their simple wishes for Christmas. Overall, we had a lot of fun! And we were happy to see that the children of Bahay Aurora also enjoyed our presence.
