I Made a Metal Slingshot using Styrofoam (The Rambone)

In today's video I will be make a Metal Slingshot using a Styrofoam pattern. This is a process called Lost Foam Casting. You take a Styrofoam pattern, bury it in sand and pour molten metal into it. The metal burns away the foam and takes it's shape. I created the Styrofoam pattern using a 3d model I found on the web. I then sliced it into 4.8mm slices. I cut out those slices using my cnc router and glued them all together. I hope you enjoy today's video. Please share, comment, and give it a thumbs up.
