Ingredients:
450 g of cottage cheese
90 g of sugar
60 g of flour
70 g of milk
1 egg
30 g of cocoa
a pinch of salt
cooking time: 180° C for 40 minutes
Difficulty of the recipe: 7/10

STEPS:

Hello friends! Today we're making a Chocolate cake so come into the kitchen with me!

Pour 450 g of ricotta cheese and 90 g of sugar into a bowl

Mix with a whisk

Break an egg

Add 70 g of milk and a pinch of salt

Add 60 g of flour

Add 30 g of cocoa powder

Mix with a whisk...

... Until you get this mixture

Set the mixture aside

Grease a cake pan

Flour the pan

Pour the mixture into the pan

Level the mixture in the pan

Decorate with the chocolate chips

And with some hazelnuts
