Fleischpflanzerl - Meat Patties

My way of making Fleischpflanzerl (Meat Patties) they are great with a side of Potato Salad or spicy Green Beans.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef,
1 Egg,
1 Burger Bun (any white. Roll or Bread),
1/4 cup milk (lukewarm),
1 tsp Salt,
3/4 tsp Italian Seasoning,
1/2 tsp Paprika,
1/2 tsp Pepper,
1 med Onion (diced),
1 Garlic Clove (minced),
2 tbsp Cilantro (chopped),
1 tsp Mustard,
1 tbsp Butter,
4 tbsp Breadcrumbs,
Coconut Oil
