In this video I create the beat to match the lyrics that I uploaded in this morning's video. I forgot to start filming from the beginning - excuse my slack video quality too.

The purpose of these videos is to demonstrate how I put songs together and I don't charge a lot for this service. I operate on a mobile basis, there is more information further down in the text.

In this video I mention @6jugg from instagram. He is an incredible producer and record maker. He showed me how to arrange my looped audio patterns into a real song.

Between November 2022 and 21st January 2023 I flew to Atlanta and visited a lot of production studios. The love I received from everybody was mind blowing!

Guys from Producer Grind, Trenchwerk, Dream Sound Studio, then artists and producers such as Donny Arcade, DJ Toomp, Mack with a Sack, Lit Napalm, 6 Jugg, Johnny Neptune (hard HARD trap beats using an older generation iPad and Beat Maker 3 🔊)..

..all of these producers opened my eyes to how music should be created for artists, and not just advertising music that I previously made and sold to private companies who wanted a website theme tune. I appreciate the instagram conversations and actual meet ups with some of the aforementioned artists

Fast forward and I now focus on simple but nice or spooky trap beats that should hopefully accommodate several rap and singer styles.

I'm not sure where this will go - although I have always had fun making music. In the 90's and early 2000's we would print our instrumentals onto vinyl and sell them to record shops around London.

Everybody loves music, and if you're creating my advice is don't stop. But also, don't overdo it 😅. Get some other hobbies and don't forget to listen to music.

Yesterday I listened to Lil Baby, Linkin Park, Kanye, Radiohead, Don Broco and Rena Paid (one of my favourite rappers).

I hope to get better at rapping and maybe even singing. I've gotten the music where I want it and will look at some rapping videos on YouTube and vocal coach videos to try and improve.

If not I can always stick to making beats. You will note in this video that I play in every sound. This is how I make all of my music - I never use samples, it makes it easier for clearance.
