Chocolate Cake
Dough ingredients:
6 eggs (whites) 2 cups (tea) of refined sugar 1/2 cup (tea) of oil 1 cup (tea) of cold water 21/2 cup (tea) of sifted wheat flour 1 cup ( tea) sifted powdered chocolate (Nescau or Padre's chocolate) 1 tablespoon baking powder (royal)
Black brigadeiro filling
Ingredients: 1/2 can of condensed milk 1/2 can of cream 1/2 can of cow's milk 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate 1/2 tablespoon of margarine.
Syrup to dip the cake:
1/2 glass of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of milk, sugar to taste. Mix everything together and use it to moisten the cake layers. (does not go into the fire).
Ganache frosting:
1 bar of semisweet chocolate (180g) 1 can of whey-free milk cream 1/2 bar of grated semisweet chocolate to sprinkle over the cake frosting.
HOW TO MAKE THE CAKE
CHOCOLATE CUTE:
Preparation 1. Place the egg whites in the bowl of a mixer and beat until stiff.
2. Transfer to a container and reserve.
3. In the same bowl put the egg yolks, sugar and beat until a clear and fluffy eggnog.
4. Then add the chocolate powder and beat some more. 5. Then gradually add the flour, water and oil and beat with the mixer on the pulsar position or at minimum speed, until a very homogeneous mass is obtained.
6. Turn off the mixer and add the yeast and the egg whites.
7. Stir carefully and place in the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Take to medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
BRIGADEIRO BLACK FILLING
1. Put all the ingredients in a pan and mix well before taking to the fire.
2. As soon as it boils, lower the heat and stir well until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
3. Let it cool and refrigerate overnight.
4. Place chopped walnuts over the filling layer.
CALDA TO WET THE CAKE
1. Mix everything and use it to moisten the layers of the cake. (does not go into the fire).
GANACHE COVERAGE
1. Chop the chocolate and put it in the microwave for two minutes at high power.
2. Stir well until completely melted.
3. Mix the cream and refrigerate until it reaches the consistency of frosting.
4. Cover the whole cake, sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with strawberries
