Scrap Mechanic FlipFlop Fighter

I tested the V2 against the various bots and while it did okish i wanted to make a combat flipflop vehicle! i call this one "The Hammer!"

The Hammer has projecting Saws. a slightly different flip mechanism that works a bit more like a jumper and is fairly heavily armored without having to use tier 3 materials that I don't really like visually...
