World's Leakiest Basement

Ok, while I can't say it sets a record, its the worst I've ever seen. We had a very old house (late 1800's) with rough stone. The parging on it crumbled away after 17 years. The leak you see is coming from a dividing wall 2 feet in from the foundation! The sump at least could keep up.
