John Zadrozny — is with America First Legal Foundation — AFL. Previously, he was with America First Policy Institute. And John has served in several roles in the Trump Administration, including most recently as Deputy Assistant to the President in the Office of the Senior Advisor for Policy. He also served as counsel to both U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA). John will a lawsuit that AFL is participating in with Texas and a coalition of 19 states to stop Biden’s DHS from going forward with its bluntly unlawful “parole” program to allow 30,000 illegal aliens from Haiti, Nicaragua, Cuba and Venezuela into the US each month. There is no statutory authority for this so it is a raw exercise of power.
