So I ended up getting my first apartment kind of under that program umbrella. So I guess it did what it was supposed to do. But as the agent, I was just more focused on making money because I just needed which I did. Got myself out of debt real quick. Bought a car, cash, saved money. Made my first passive investment.50 grand in 2019. Which by the way I need to call them there suppose to be. It was under contract to be sold. They bought it for 18 million. It was under contract for 37.7 million
