Despite ten companies owning the vast majority of food products at the supermarket, most people still believe we have a choice. "We have to understand the 'follow the money' aspect," explained Francesca Havens at General Assembly #72.

"Why is it that these companies in particular fund a supposedly independent organization that is giving us health information like the American Heart Association?"
