Upset Taxi Driver

Info: My partner and I were parked at Shoppers Drug Mart and I had to go inside to purchase something. When I came back out to the car, I realized us and a few other drivers were blocked in by a taxi driver. My partner managed to get out of the spot and when we began to drive away, the taxi driver started to act aggressive towards us and then tried to hit his car door on our car. My partner asked him what was wrong and then the driver started to yell “I am dropping off a handicap customer” and began to mock my partner by constantly repeating the word bro. I asked the driver if he’s okay and asked him why was he yelling at us. He continued to mock us by saying “yelling yes, I’m yelling!” And then the driver continued to yell at my partner and repeatedly asked him to punch him.
