NOTE: This cake must be kept in the refrigerator.

To make the cake you will need:

2 sticks (250 grams) vegan butter sticks or unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
125 grams organic sugar
125 grams coconut sugar or brown sugar
3 eggs
130 grams whole wheat pastry flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
30 grams cocoa powder, sifted
100 grams almond flour
