Recipe:
400g wholemeal flour
200g High grade flour
360ml water
10g salt
2Tbsp Olive oil
30g seeds of your choice, 15g walnuts, chopped
10g dry active yeast
1Tbsp sugar

Method:
1. add sugar and warm water to yeast, leave to activate for 10+ minutes
2. Add weast to dry ingredients and mix to combine
3. transfer to a floured surface and knead for 10 min
4. place dough in an oiled bowl and leave to rise for 2 hours
5. combine seeds with dough, and place in an oiled baking tin, and allow to rise for a further hour.
6. bake in a 180C oven for 20 - 30 min until golden brown.
