1000m Row or ski, then 30 seconds TRX Hold, then 60 air squats, then 25 holds, 50 squats, ..., 5 sec hold, 10 squats, then 500m row/ski.
5 X 5 Front Squats, Overhead Push Press, Deadlift, Curls, Overhead Triceps Extension.
